Appointments

We recommend booking your appointments at least 1-2 weeks in advance, or prior to leaving the salon, to ensure we can accommodate your needs. Please arrive 15 minutes prior to your appointment time so that you have time to relax, unwind, change into spa attire or colour gown, and enjoy a cup of fresh brewed coffee or tea. Arriving late means your service time will be shortened. We want you to get the most of your treatment.

Spalon at T.Carlton’s does not have accommodations for young children. Plan a day of fun for the kids while you enjoy your treatments in our tranquil oasis that we’ve created for your ultimate relaxation.

Special Notice: Please be aware that T.Carlton’s cannot be held responsible for any allergic reactions or conditions during or caused by treatments. If you have any questions or doubts, please consult your physician before receiving any treatments at our facility. For the protection of our clients we must ask that you disclose any medication or medical conditions prior to enjoying our services since some treatments may be contra-indicated for particular conditions or medications.

Personal Possessions: Spalon is furnished with lockers for your stay though we do suggest leaving jewelry at home since many services require that it be removed. We cannot be held responsible for loss or damage to personal articles. All of our body services are professionally conducted with appropriate draping. Swimsuits may be worn, but are not necessary. Disposable underwear is provided for your comfort.

The Design Studio & Spalon want to ensure your complete comfort. For that reason we will always accommodate you with the following:

• Changing gown for colour services

• Client blow-dry station is provided for clients on the run who wish to use a blow dryer for a quick drying. Please remember to bring your own brush if you plan to utilize this amenity.

• As always, you may check at the front desk if you decide to book an appointment with a design artist for your styling.

• Our Sauna Room is available for use during your stay at Spalon. For your safety and protection, please read and adhere to the posted sauna instructions.

• Showers are available for use before and after Spalon services.

• We incorporate aroma therapy into all of our services. All of our products are available for purchase to assist you in maintaining a healthy lifestyle at home.
