Should there be anything you are the slightest bit dissatisfied with, please bring it to our attention immediately and we will gladly rectify it.

Products

We recommend the highest quality hair care products available. If you are not completely satisfied with any product recommended to you, please return it after 2 uses and we will be happy to exchange it with credit towards product only. Sorry, make-up is not returnable.

Hair Services

Our salon coordinators strive to place each new client with a stylist/technician that will best suit their needs. However, sometimes not every operator and client are a perfect match. Having their own individualized style and technique, it may take several visits for the stylist to achieve a particular “look.” If you were at all dissatisfied with your service, please call us as soon as possible and we will redo the service until it meets with your needs.

Color Service

If you are not completely satisfied, again please call the salon within 48 hours-a simple toner may be all that is needed to meet your specifications. All texture and color services are 100% guaranteed providing the professional products recommended to maintain these services were purchased.

Spalon Services
