Basic measures Jennel might employ include extractions and light cleansing and toning. She will extract pores to clean them, and then apply topical treatments to help rejuvenate the pores and stop them from producing excess oils that might cause clogging. A fruit enzyme peel, or some glycolic could be added. She may lightly peel the skin, to stimulate it into producing new skin cells. Completed Framesi mastering the palette and an advocate for Tocco Magico, Noelle is a highly trained colorist. Being a creator not only of color but also makeup, Noelle created the color/makeup collection for T.Carlton’s first ever runway show.
Maintaining the health and integrity of the client’s hair is what Noelle always achieves, and is her motto. Noelle is very meticulous when she’s mastering the colors for her clients. Lisa is a Senior Colorist and junior stylist at T. Carlton’s. From a young age she was always intrigued by the beauty industry. She started her studies of the “hair world” at Eastern Suffolk Boces. She ventured off with the love for styling any hair type to creating any color or transforming your frizz and curls into silky smooth hair.
Lisa specializes in chemical services, color techniques, and unique styles for your hair. She takes pride in informing others about new and upcoming information about the beauty industry. Lisa is also a color technician for Framesi, which is an Italian color company and product line that is sold in T.Carlton’s salon.
Lisa’s main goal is putting people at ease by listening to their concerns and providing a consultation with hairstyle decisions. She works efficiently which reduces waiting time for clients. Gabrielle who is one of our highly talented Nail technicians has been doing nails for over a decade. With vast experience in providing professional, high quality hand and nail care services for clients including but not limited to professional proficiency in state-of-the-art techniques, procedures, equipment and in all phases of manicures and pedicures including fashion nails and nail sculpturing. Gabrielle has a profound ability to keep an eye for detail, and is deeply knowledgeable when it comes to all stages of nail care.

Melissa Florek, who is better known as “Flo” to her clients is 17 years in the making. With T.Carltons every step of the way, from the Terry Road Salon, to St. James salon and off to the T.Carltons 347 salon, Flo has seen it all and colored it all. She has a wide range clientele consisting of pre- teens, teens, young women; middle aged women, post retired women and men. She can do it all. Crazy chucky highlights to a sophisticated natural glow, she knows exactly what you want on demand. Solving color problems is what she does and maintaining you is how she does it.

Lanette began her journey as a professional stylist twenty eight years ago. The opportunity to join the staff at T. Carlton’s happened in 1994, only two years after its inception. In 1998, Lanette changed her status to part-time as she pursued a position with Framesi USA as Technical Director of Education where her days consisted of meeting with sales consultants, salon owners and stylists learning what their wants and needs were and what Framesi USA could do to fulfill their “wishlists”. Working as an educator with Framesi USA since 1989, she has had the opportunity to conduct national certifications and trainings to both the education team as well as stylists across the United States.
In 2002, Lanette came back to T. Carlton’s as part of their Management Team as Salon Manager and Director of Education while continuing her alignment with Framesi North America. Her experience with Framesi has helped facilitate the growth of T. Carlton’s staff to its potential . T. Carlton’s Spalon believes in “Growth based on accomplishment and achievement” . Upon employment, staff is trained in both fundamental and advanced techniques of Haircutting, Haircolor, Texture and Styling. Conducting education on Tuesday nights, Lanette gives the opportunity for stylists to grow in their craft and their industry.
When Lanette is not traveling globally, she makes it a priority to attend education herself. Trained by Martin Parsons, Trevor Sorbie and many other industry greats, she attends manufacturer sponsored education classes on a regular basis. Lanette is known for her work on clients of all ethnicities, utilizing the best relaxer systems available. As a trainer of Season Collection Inspirations to both the Italian Style Team and Design Team for Framesi North America , her Haircutting and Haircolor skills are “technically sound” and current.

She is Certified in Bio Ionic Kerasmooth Keratin and has completed Label M Classes. A graduate of Eastern Suffolk Boces, Casey began her career in 2006 and trough talent and hard work has recently accepted the position of a senior stylist. Now a master stylist and colorist, she loves to creatively change clients’ cuts and color to keep both men and women on trend. She is a versatile stylist who can create any style from a blushing bride’s updo to a funky short cut with chunky highlights. After earning a degree in Fashion Merchandising Management and graduating from LIBS for cosmetology, Heidi has continued her education by becoming certified in Framesi and Tocco Maggico Hair color lines and taking classes from the industry’s leading companies like Matrix, GHD, Sebastian, CHI, Sexy Hair, Aquage and Label M.
