Do you want to be “Heatherized?”  Heatherized? Yes, Heather Malone to be exact.  Thirty years in the making, and fifteen at T. Carlton.  Heather is a world renowned Master stylist.  

Attended the highest level training symposiums throughout the country including “The” TiGi Academy, Redken, Matrix, Framesi, and Tony and Guy.  She began her artistry by graduating from Marcel Haigys School of hair design in New York City.

Versatility and uniqueness, Heather attracts a full range of clients from young children to sophisticated men and women.  Heather’s outstanding talents afford her clients to be transformed with a seamless precision cut and color by one master designer specializing in Tocco Magico Italian hair color.  This product is made from natural and organic ingredients.  

Heather’s trademark services include the “Peek- A- Boo” highlights, “The Lunch Hour Highlight.” (In and out in just 1 hour) Wet and dry cuts, razor cuts, perms, facial waxing and more.  You want to change your hair like the change of seasons. Well go right ahead, Heather will give you a new vivacious haircut and recommend products for the changing weather and environment. Heather has studied and become certified for those in need with post-mortum hair and make- up services.

Lanette

Lanette began her journey as a professional stylist twenty eight years ago.  The opportunity to join the staff at T. Carlton’s happened in 1994, only two years after its inception.  In 1998, Lanette changed her status to part-time as she pursued a position with Framesi USA as Technical Director of Education where her days consisted of meeting with sales consultants, salon owners and stylists learning what their wants and needs were and  what Framesi  USA could do to fulfill their “wishlists”.  Working as an educator with Framesi USA since 1989, she has had the opportunity to conduct national certifications and trainings to both the education team as well as stylists across the United States.

In 2002, Lanette came back to T. Carlton’s as part of their Management Team as Salon Manager and Director of Education while continuing her alignment with Framesi North America.  Her experience with Framesi has helped facilitate the growth of T. Carlton’s staff to its potential .  T. Carlton’s Spalon believes in “Growth based on accomplishment and achievement” . Upon employment, staff is trained in both fundamental and advanced techniques of Haircutting, Haircolor, Texture and Styling.  Conducting education on Tuesday nights, Lanette gives the opportunity for stylists to grow in their craft and their industry.

When Lanette is not traveling globally, she makes it a priority to attend education herself.  Trained by Martin Parsons, Trevor Sorbie and many other industry greats, she attends manufacturer sponsored education classes on a regular basis.  Lanette is known for her work on clients of all ethnicities, utilizing the best relaxer systems available.  As a trainer of Season Collection Inspirations to both the Italian Style Team and Design Team for Framesi North America , her Haircutting and Haircolor skills are “technically sound” and current. 

Lanette agrees with Coco Chanel….You have to love what you do to want to do it everyday!

Casey

Perfection…..Beauty and Elegance is what Casey achieves everyday! A Winner in Evening Style updo’s as well as a Graduate of Loreal Educational Classes with continued education in the Framesi cutting techniques. Excellence is foremost in Casey’s expectations! She is Certified in Bio Ionic Kerasmooth Keratin and has completed Label M Classes. A graduate of Eastern Suffolk Boces, Casey began her career in 2006 and trough talent and hard work has recently accepted the position of a senior stylist. Casey has built a loyal following and plans to continue to grow and succeed as one of T. Carltons Stylists.

Casey is available by appointment Sundays 9 to 3, Monday 9 to 5, Thursdays 9 to 6 and Fridays 9 to 9. Casey is always looking forward to creating new friendships! Please feel free to set an appointment at your earliest

Bonnie

Known for turning the most unruly locks to hair as smooth as glass or creating soft, beautiful, bouncy curls, with only her blowdryer and brush . Bonnie will blow you away with both her haircutting and styling skills. For over nine years in the industry and four years at T. Carlton’s working her way up to Senior Stylist status. A graduate of Northport Boces , Bonnie has studied extensively with Toni & Guy, Framesi and Aquage to hone her skills.  She is Certified in both Bio Ionic Kerasmooth (hair smoothing) Treatments and Hair Treats (loop lock technique) Hair Extensions. Bonnie equally enjoys creating “fun and funky” , “sleek and sexy” in up-styling therefore allowing the client to take it from Day into Night! Making people feel good about their hair is Bonnie’s ultimate goal. To obtain this “goal” Bonnie attends continuing education both  in-salon and at manufacturer education centers.

Antoneitte

Spotlights, Glamour, and celebrities are just a few things Antoneitte is a custom too. A Master colorist for over a decade her expectations exceeds excellence. Jaque Desange, Capelli Punto and keira where she was head colorist are three top salons in New York City that she worked and worked closely with the director of Clairol Logic's haircolor. Antoneitte didn't stop there working with Tom Despencer on photoshoots for popular TV shows like Maury Povich and Ricky Lake. Her models were featured in ROlling Stone, Woman's Day and Bride's Magazine. Lighting up the pages with her illuminating color and diversity. Her extensive experience landed her at T. Carlton Salon where she dazzles color, natural treatments to satisfy any client

Heidi

From short hair to long and blond to black with every color in between, Heidi has “worn” her creativity working in the hair industry for 10 years. Now a master stylist and colorist, she loves to creatively change clients’ cuts and color to keep both men and women on trend. She is a versatile stylist who can create any style from a blushing bride’s updo to a funky short cut with chunky highlights. After earning a degree in Fashion Merchandising Management and graduating from LIBS for cosmetology, Heidi has continued her education by becoming certified in Framesi and Tocco Maggico Hair color lines and taking classes from the industry’s leading companies like Matrix, GHD, Sebastian, CHI, Sexy Hair, Aquage and Label M. She has also taken her skills and passed them on to train upcoming assistants to be successful hair dressers. Known for her Flair for Fashion, flashy "LASHES" and killer color combinations, Danielle L strives for greatness. A graduate of LIBS, her career started 9 years ago at TCS. Climbing the top, continuing her education Danielle is an expert in Framesi and Tocco Magico hair color. She is also a certified educator not only in color but Socap extensions as well trained in hair texture services, bioionic japanese straightening, bioionic keratin relaxer, iso maintamer, and silis relaxer .
